MS Message Boards Revealed!

 MS Message Boards Revealed!

Have you ever wanted to know what goes on in a forum after the internet is turned off? A website has been created that will allow you to peek inside! The site only shows posts from a single message board. It does not require registration or an email address, and it's only visible for about 24 hours.

Over time this will become one of the largest repositories of online activity pre-2009. The ability to see what people did long ago is something very few sites offer and with it, we can see how different our lives were 10 years ago.

The site is called MS Message Boards Revealed and it's very easy to use. You can see a list of sites that are currently showing posts, or you can post a message yourself! Posting is done in the same style as on any message board.

You won't have to do anything else except visit the link above and then submit your message (or just type off whatever you want to say). Once posted, there will be no way others can stop seeing your message! You'll just have to wait until the site's 24 hour expiration time before it becomes public again. The only way to delete your message would be to delete your account on the forum where you posted.

The site is still in beta, but if you enjoy seeing what people really thought about things before the internet was a thing, you'll be glad to know that it's already up and running on a handful of message boards. There isn't much content yet, but there is already some great stuff.

I requested one of the first forums to get involved in showcasing the site after being contacted by a frequent MS user. I've already seen some cool posts including some insightful video games reviews. Stay tuned for more as we continue to develop this project! If you know any message boards that fit this theme, please don't hesitate to add them here and let me know!
