How to Make a CSV file for your mailing list.

When you're setting up your mailing list, the most important thing is to be able to send an email to each person in your list. When you've got that sorted out, the next important step is doing it with one click. What do I mean? Well, let's say you want a CSV file of people so they can subscribe to your mailing list. This guide will show you how easy it is to make this simple and effective file so that when someone signs up for your mailing list using their email address they automatically receive an email from you welcoming them on board!

Here are the steps:

 ....................................................................... ....................................................................... ......................................................................... ...........................................................

You will need a spreadsheet program like Excel or Microsoft Excel. A simple way to make one is to use the built-in mail merge function in MS Excel. When you navigate to the file menu, select mail merge and then click on New mail merge. In this new window, type Csv (comma delimited) as the type of file and then click Next…Next…Next…. Choose the fields that you want to include in your CSV file (name, address, email address and other useful information)and then choose your options for what you want to print. Then, you simply click print and there you have it! Depending on how useful your file is, it can be sent to all of the people that signed up for your list, or just selected ones. To create the email that will go out, just type in what you would like to say to them in the body of the email and then import your CSV file into it.
You can also send these files via email directly by typing in their email address in place of a field like e-mail address which is located next to E-mail 1 on the form. This will send it directly to the person you specify. Your lists are sure to grow quickly with these simple to use tricks.
All in all, creating a mailing list is not too hard, but there is a lot of things to remember. For example, you need to remember what email program each person uses. The easier it is for them, the more likely they are to sign up. You also need to remember that you should make it as easy as possible for people interested in your field of work or hobbies. If you like anything, then chances are so do other people. So, make it as easy as possible for them to sign up, and do it in a way that makes them feel like they are joining something much bigger. After all, you're probably not the only person in the world with an interest in the thing you love.
Find out what people want and give it to them. There's no such thing as too many people on your mailing list, and that is why EZ List maker was made to help you get more subscribers!

WOW! Blown away by the continuous onslaught of people clicking on my links! Thank you all so much! I wish I could reply to them all personally, but it's just not possible. I'm sorry again for the delay; but it is a good thing you are here to read this! Thank you very much! <br><br>

I got an email today from "Mr. Carlos B" (same name as Jeff in my old account). And he was asking me about so-called "Loyalty Program". I've never heard about this. So I went to their site to read more about.
I am so glad that the new owner of EzListMaker is smart enough to change your email address before the old owner deleted. It's wonderful to have a new fresh start.
I was looking for an alternative list provider and I was hesitating between Aweber and EZListMaker.
But when I talk with the support team of EZListMaker, they are very honest and helpful! That sealed the deal for me, ... Thank you very much! <br><br>This entry was posted on Friday, January 23rd, 2007 at 12:47 am and is filed under . You can follow any responses to this entry through the RSS 2.0 feed. I have just noticed that the new owner of EzListMaker is 'Mister Carlos' - same as Jeff in my old account. I guess that explains why I had won a "free upgrade" to the Pro version after submitting my credit card details. I have therefore asked for this to be cancelled and for it not to be charged to my card.

Conclusion:
Check out EZListMaker.com if you still need a service like this!

I have just requested that my payment not go through on EZListMaker as I never received anything after purchasing the Pro Version as promised by Jeff (the old owner). I will be contacting my bank in the morning to cancel it as it has already been charged to my credit card as well as pending.
