I figured out the best "selling season" and found a comparable aspect in real estate. When I created their virtual house, I placed 5 items inside of their inventory: 1. Furniture 2. Home Decor 3. Kitchen Appliances 4. Bathroom 5. Furniture & Home Decor

Those five items were then priced at $100 each, which is what I initially started selling them for (these are the commissions coming in as I wrote this post). When they were sold, I started replacing the inventory with new stuff...and so on. Once that was done, I had 5 items selling inside of 5 other sections of their virtual house.

Using my website's link (with some keyword research) and my backlinks, which were placed on high PR pages from my own directories (which are now expired), allowed me to get a huge ranking on Google for "furniture." The traffic picked up from there. I then changed a few of the items to "furniture" to match the other content, and I was still getting traffic from Google (as I wrote this post).

After about 8 months of this, it finally made sense. Each item in the house was an Internet marketing opportunity...And these opportunities were building into a huge stream of income! It's amazing how much volume you can get if you are following ALL THE STEPS... There's no need to reinvent the wheel...Google Adsense is an extremely profitable machine...All you have to do is follow the steps below, and you'll find your own success.

1. Create a House for your Google Adsense content...The best way is to use your own website. This is the easiest way to use Google Adsense...And the best way to generate huge income.

2. Choose an "active season"...Which usually lasts from August through June (in the northern hemisphere)...Although you can choose any season you like, as long as it matches your area and times of year. 

3. Choose a location...When you are creating your virtual house, pick a location that fits where YOU would live if you did not own a Blog...and chose an area with traffic (unless you want this for another market).

Conclusion: I chose to live in a "lake house" because I have a lot of pictures of me on Lake Michigan with my family. I also decided to locate it in the very north part of Wisconsin, where you can find many snow-capped mountains and pristine forests...It does not get a lot of traffic...But the income from Adsense is amazing!

4. Determine what type of virtual real estate you want to sell...Use your own research and knowledge about the market. You COULD perfect this market if you were willing to spend $3,000-$5,000 on Adsense.

If this were my first season, I would have started with Christmas Trees (sold as a seasonal product).
