7) If a project is within another country, Issac will also facilitate customs clearance for all material deliveries. The user driving the project can decide what type of customs clearance they would like to use; they also have the option of dealing directly with customs officials on their own in order to avoid any commissions or unnecessary costs. These costs can often run as high as 30%.

8) When it comes time to deliver materials and equipment to the building site, Issac will schedule the delivery with both parties making sure that everything is ready on that end. Furthermore, Issac will work with local authorities to set up a negotiated time during which all deliveries can be made in one shot, thus reducing overall costs.

9) Once all materials and equipment have been delivered and stored on location, the service provider will provide photos of all delivered materials. The project owner can then accept or reject these materials based on their quality standards and requirements.

10) If the project owner decides to reject and return the materials, Issac will work with both parties in order to facilitate customs clearance and return delivery.

11) Finally, after all materials have been received and verified, Issac will also verify that all construction has been completed according to the project requirements. Upon successful completion of on-site construction, Issac will then provide clients with final documentation (certificates).
