If you're at work, chances are you're already thinking of ways to make your job more bearable. Maybe coming up with some solutions that the company can implement will help to improve your life. Lately, I've been thinking about a different approach: what if we changed the rules and got paid for it? Wouldn't that be nice?

Well, as it turns out, there are people who do just that! I think it would be amazing for anyone looking for new ways to earn a living by using their thoughts and ideas to get paid. So, I've decided to go out and find some people who are already doing this. I found so many success stories that I thought it would be a good idea to share some of them here.

The first person we're going to talk to is Matt Miller, founder of Miller Mining Company. Since 2008, he's been helping companies improve their technology by using the kinesiology muscle testing process. He'll tell us how he got started and provide some great insight into how he came up with the idea.

The next person we're going to hear from is Chris Lucas, founder of WorkwithLucas.com. The next person on our list is Daniel Brown, who started Getting Air while working on his senior capstone project in 2004. He's since gone on to publish a book on the topic, as well as make them into popular apps. He'll tell us how he came up with the idea and what he's been up to recently.

The final person we're going to talk to is Rick Smith, CEO of Aero-Sports in Indiana. He started this company after investing in kinesiology muscle testing back in 1983. He'll tell us how it all started and show us some of the greatest success stories that he has worked with over the years.

In the end, I think you're going to be surprised at how many people there are who are making a career out of this. It's not hard to see why. Most people would probably love a way to earn some extra income by using their thoughts and ideas, and what better way than to have the company pay you for it?
