It is holiday season and so many people are busy this time of the year. It's important to be kind to your family, friends, coworkers and community members. However sometimes it feels difficult but there are ways that you can show your appreciation without a lot of effort on your part. One thing that you could do is send a holiday greeting card. A greeting card is a really nice way to express how much you appreciate someone without overdoing it or being too cutesy or cheesy because in the end someone might not like it as much as they want it to be. So maybe try writing them an appreciative note instead? For example: "Thank you for all the memories this year! Your friendship means so much". Also if someone is not close to you it's always a good idea to send a card. This is a great way to show that you wish them well or have them in mind.

TITLE: Manage your time properly
We all have limited amount of time on our hands and we need to manage that time properly especially when we are doing something important. Often times when doing something people tend to procrastinate because we want to do it later but later turns into soon and soon turns into never because we keep postponing it and after awhile it's too late. One thing that you can do to prevent procrastinating is to set a timer when you are working on something. Then you could say at this time, I will start working on this and once the timer goes off, whatever it may be, you should have completed everything that is important.
This works especially well in things like homework assignments and writing papers. When using a timer for assignments or papers it would be really helpful if you have someone else read over your work and give you feedback because many times if we do not have feedback from others it's hard to complete some of the tasks so having someone else take a look over our assignment might help us because we won't feel so bad about making mistakes or even getting an awful grade.

TITLE: Keep your hands clean
We all have probably been caught in a position where we were unable to do the things that we wanted because it was not in the way. We were just about to do something but then someone said something and we got distracted. One thing that you can do is if you are working on something and you don't want to get distracted take a tissue or some paper towel and wipe your hands with it. When we take our hands off of what we are doing they tend to get dirty so instead of having that happen you can wipe them off with a paper towel leaving your work area cleaner than before.

TITLE: Do not waste food
It's really good to be mindful about the things that you are eating. When we take care of what we eat, especially when it comes to food, we do not need to worry about over spending it or having a surplus of it. One thing however that people should remember is that even though you may have prepared more food than you should because of how much you love it, if it spoils then all of your hard work will go down the drain. It's also important to try and make your leftovers last so they don't spoil or get too bad.

It's really important to find ways to be productive so that we don't waste time or get distracted by other things on our to-do list because if we don't do as much work as we want to then it could cause us stress and worry. It's great when you take some time out of the day to try and find ways that can make your life easier or more productive. I know just like me it's hard when we have too many tasks on our mind but there are things that can make life a lot better. One thing that you could do is try looking up different things online. There might be some tips or tricks that could help alleviate your stress and worry.

TITLE: Avoid accidents while driving
Many people that drive a car have probably been caught in an accident at least once in their life. An accident can cause a lot of hardship not just for the person that had it but also for the other parties involved. One thing that you could do is try and avoid using your phone while you are driving. Even if you think that you can do it while driving it's not recommended due to how many things are happening on the road, especially in busy areas like high traffic areas during rush hour.

TITLE: Ensure your car is safe before driving away
When we get in the car what do we check first? We check to see if our seat belt is on or if there are any warning lights are on. Before the driver starts up the vehicle and drives away he or she should try and visually check for any problems. Then once everything seems good to go, they can start up their vehicle and drive away. If there are any problems with their vehicle or at least with something important that could be a safety hazard it's always a good idea to have them fixed before they start up their vehicle or drive off. Another factor that people should consider before driving away is whether any fluids are necessary to ensure the safety of the vehicle.

It's really important for us to be mindful of what we eat. In general we should try and watch our diets so that we are eating in a healthy manner and also consuming all of the nutrients that we need. One thing that you could do is pay attention to what kind of food you want to consume. We all know that we should be eating healthy foods but not all of the foods are good for us. Instead we should try and make sure that we consume the right foods and food items so we are getting all the nutrients needed by our body.

TITLE: Avoid over-worrying
One thing that we all do is worry about things. Sometimes it's easier to get worried about everything that might happen in the future, however, it is important to try and think about today and not bring up your worries about the past or future. What we should do is focus on what we can do now so that way if anything were to happen tomorrow then we could react in a better manner because instead of worrying about it nonstop now we will at least have time to think and prepare ourselves for what may happen.
