Conclusion
As communications technology becomes ever more pervasive, it is more important for IT professionals, business managers and other executives to look beyond today's technologies. Communications is not just about the applications themselves; it's also about the design of a new way of doing business. Communication technology and strategy needs to be viewed as an integral part of overall business strategy, with the goal being to improve decision making throughout the organization. Communication systems can provide more than information. They can serve as a source of insight into decision-making and helps make crucial connections within and across an enterprise, improving communication from any point in the organization to any other point faster than ever before possible .
