Our body is a machine, and it takes some efforts to get our body back in shape. However there is an easy way to lose weight, no need for exercise or starving yourself. The secret here is drinking water every night. As you can see by the illustration on the top left, when you take in more water than what your body needs, toxins are flushed out of the body without any effort. When we drink more water than what we need, we flush dirt and toxins from the system without needing to go through much exertion.
Additionally, the more water you consume during the day, the more energy you will have. Your system needs a lot of water to function properly, and if you only drink coffee or soda or other beverages, then your body gets dehydrated and doesn't execute properly. On the other hand, when you drink lots of water during your day and also at night, then you're giving your body exactly what it needs for a boost of energy.
In order to get started with this easy way to lose weight, simply take a gallon pitcher (you can find them in any store) and make sure it's clean. Then put some ice cubes into it and fill with cold water (not warm or hot). Next, eat a small meal before bedtime. Don't go to bed hungry so that you don't wake up starving. Then drink your water before going to sleep, but only drink about half of the pitcher or else you won't be able to sleep. Make sure that you're taking in roughly two liters of water a day through out the whole day and not just drinking it at night.
If you find yourself thirsty during the night, then simply refill your glass with more ice and water, but only take a sip or two. Your body uses roughly 17% of its daily intake of water at night time so make sure that you drink it all in order to get your system working properly once again.
