The first thing I did with this paper was look at the citations and bibliography to see if the author had cited sources correctly and double checked that each entry in their bibliographies was indeed a source cited in the text of their paper. However, I have noticed one problem with the bibliography format in this paper. It is very difficult to understand the orientation of the entries in the cited sources list. The source list is arranged below alphabetically by author's last name, with each entry separated by a pipe symbol "|" at the beginning of a line to indicate that it is a source citation. The author may or may not have also used an appropriate citation style such as MLA or APA. Many of their references are not cited using any citation style whatsoever, leaving me unable to tell where they come from and making it almost impossible to verify whether they are legitimate and how the source material was formatted. The author cites sources from various locations, and I was unable to verify any of them.
This paper is an analysis of the fallacy of a certain argument. The nature and structure of this argument is unclear. The author has compared it to an earlier argument and has cited what he calls a "philosophical proof" for why this argument is faulty. However, after reading the paper once through, I cannot see any substantial reasoning that he uses to form his claim. After rereading the article a few times I still cannot understand how exactly his main point was supposed to be conveyed or what exactly he is trying to argue; in fact it appears as if he never actually makes a direct statement at all regarding his main topic.

This article is about how a group of students planned and organized the first ever Polyamory convention held in New York City. It also discusses how polyamory is often confused with polygamy. This tells me that this article would be of interest to people who are already familiar with polyamory and it would probably not be interesting for those who are unfamiliar with it.
I really like this article because it describes a fascinating and unusual experience, which is common these days, of being able to see art work in your own town. I cannot imagine going to one of these exhibits and being able to view the new art work with your own two eyes and being able to touch it. It is also an interesting story that reveals how an artist has overcome many difficulties along the way and as you read, you are in awe at how much this artist has accomplished with such a unique idea. This article would be of interest to people who have visited art shows in the past, but I think anyone would enjoy reading about this exhibition.
I would argue that it is definitely important for someone to work in a field that they enjoy. I don't think it matters at all the actual job you do, as long as you are happy with what you are doing. According to the article "3 Career Strategies to Make Work Work" by Ali Brown from Entrepreneur magazine, she states "Every time your attention is split, your productivity drops by roughly 30 percent." Therefore if you did not like something that you were doing, your productivity would be lower than if you liked what you were doing. In my opinion one should always do something they enjoy and be very happy in their work or else it would not matter and their performance might drop. There will be days where you have to do something that you don't enjoy, but if you make the time to do something you enjoy on those days, your performance will be much better than if it was not enjoyable.
I think that the idea of the pay gap is a very good example of a political issue that should be thought about. There was once a time when women were not as accepted in society, and they were expected to stay home and stay in the kitchen. However I think women are now succeeding in many different areas and there are many more females doing things such as working in engineering than ever before. This is proof that it is becoming accepted for women to go out and work anywhere they want professionally. I think women have really come a long way in our society in the past decade, and I feel that people should keep this issue on their minds even though they might not feel strongly about it.
I believe that it is very important to be open minded. You should not make any judgment toward anyone before you know them personally. I have really learned this lesson through a friend of mine who was once working with a woman who had different views than her at first, but when she got to know her better and actually started talking to her, she realized how wrong she was about her at first glance. Everyone is completely different and coming from all different backgrounds so before you make any judgment about someone, you need to know them personally.

Conclusion
In order to conclude, I would like to reiterate the idea of being open minded. In my opinion, it is important to view all aspects before you make your final judgment, as there could most likely be something that you have overlooked and you have formed a premature conclusion based on one aspect of the argument. For example, in the "Hearing with your Eyes" video, shown in class on February 13th, 2015 the people discussed how everyone has their own opinion about the topic of GMO's. I agree with this statement and think that it is very important for people to understand all aspects of an issue before forming an opinion about it.
