Basic Rules Of Starting Your Franchise

Write a detailed introduction to an informational and factual blog post titled "Who created the video game Tetris?".

The invention of Tetris began in 1984, when it was first introduced to the world. It is credited as being created by Russian programmer Alexey Pajitnov, who started programming games during his spare time while at Moscow State University. After years of developing various video games without much understanding from other programmers, he got his break in 1980 when he published a chess-themed puzzle game known as T Chess on Soviet Union-wide computers that offerted little programmability for its players.

"T-Chess" was a strategy game in which the player had to create lines that could never be intersected by their opponent's—this concept was later used in "Tetris". Pajitnov created the game himself, and it took him just a few weeks to create. Prior to selling Tetris, Pajitnov wrote his own program that helped players calculate unmatched blocks. This program would later be used for other new games such as "Mega Lo Mania", "Sudoku", and "Pang!".

The use of Tetris for commercial purposes began early in 1984. A simple computer setup was made for the 1985 CES, showing Russian computer games on the Atari 800. The first full-fledged commercial application of Tetris was in Japan's flight simulation game Zone in 1986. After this game, a few other flight games were created that used Tetris as well.

Tetris was then ported to several other platforms, including the Nintendo Entertainment System and Game Boy (see "History" section of Tetris page). In 1991, it was released as an arcade game at a venue in Osaka, Japan called "Computer Land" and played on Super NES. The next year it finally came to North America as part of a collection called "The Best Of". It was later released in the United Kingdom with the title of "Tetris" in 1997.

The popularity of Tetris has spread around the world and even over time, it is still considered an iconic game. The puzzle game is played in hundreds of countries and across many different eras. The most popular age to play Tetris is between 10-14 years old, as they are by far its biggest fans. Other popular platform games that are also very popular include "Mario Kart", "Donkey Kong", "Yoshi's Island", and "Geometry Dash". There are countless other games out there to play such as Minecraft, CS:GO, "Super Smash Bros.", etc.

If you are thinking about starting a franchise, we highly suggest buying the rights to play Tetris. It is a great game for young and old people. If you buy the rights to play Tetris, the game will surely bring in unexpected income for your franchise.
