Transforming Your Physical Body Into A Sacred Light Body

Transforming Your Physical Body Into A Sacred Light Body

In the modern world, we are constantly bombarded with messages that tell us that our physical bodies are flawed and inadequate. We are being told to measure our worth by how many pounds we can lose or the number on the scale; to be ashamed of our cellulite, wrinkles, scars and stretch marks. Women's magazines have articles about how to "shrink your belly" or "lose your man," while their male counterparts have articles about how to gain muscle mass.

It is this pervasive culture of shame and body negativity that prevents people from living life in their full power. But when I look at my body as a sacred light-body, I see something entirely different. I see a soul that is perfect, beautiful and whole. I see a body that is capable of walking on water, surviving without food or water for several weeks and being fully conscious while in the process of dying. I see power, not weakness.

I know that my body is more than just flesh and bone; it is an immense source of spiritual energy. In other words, my body can be seen as simply a more physical manifestation of spirit.

I believe that our bodies are the home of all spiritual energy and the place where we will be joined by our spirit after this life. This is why we all have such a special connection to our bodies. Our bodies are often referred to as "home." In other words, everything of real substance in life is contained within each one of us in our body form. What we eat, how much sleep we get, how much exercise we get, how energetic and positive we feel, whether or not we feel safe in this world and so many other things are all contained within us in our physical form.

Why would the body be any different?

In my research, I have come across several great books on the topic of our bodies being sacred light-bodies. The first of them was "The Energetic Body" written by Dr. Paramahansa Yogananda . Written in the early part of the 20th century, this book was a revelation for me. It taught me how to disengage from my ego and re-connect with my Higher Self. In that way, my life took a dramatic turn for the best and allowed me to live fully in my truth as a divine being within this physical reality. I later discovered " The Heart Of God" by Dr. Wayne Dyer . This book also helped me to reconnect with my Higher Self and transform my life for the better. In this case, it was because I was reading the book and began to live from a place of spiritual consciousness that I started to feel more love in my life and peace begin to flow in.

It is important for us to realize that our physical body is a powerful tool that has been put in place by God. Because of this, it is often referred to as "My Body" or "Your Body." It is simply a vehicle or vessel that carries us along our spiritual journey through life. And as we all know, there must be something very significant about our journey because God chose to encapsulate it within the physical form of a human body.

There is an important distinction between the physical and the spiritual bodies. The physical body is simply an object that appears to exist in space and time. It requires food, water, sleep, safety and shelter in order to survive. The spiritual body is a non-physical, non-temporal light-body that provides us with unconditional love and infinite wisdom while we are on our journey here in this reality. This light-body lives outside of space and time. Therefore it is all knowing, all loving and totally connected to God/Spirit/Christ Consciousness.

The sacred light-body is an immense source of spiritual energy that is within us all. It allows us to heal ourselves, manifest what we need in life and connect at a deeper level with others. This light-body is the divine spark of God that is within each one of us and it exists outside of space and time.

The interesting thing about the two bodies is that they are not separate from each other, but are in fact connected through the soul. Most people don't even realize this connection because they take their physical body for granted as if it were something separate from their soul. And because of this separateness, they also see this physical body as something that must be perfected or else it is somehow flawed.

Our souls are eternal and contain everything that we truly are. All of our thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs are stored in our soul energy field. The Karma that we have created through past actions and thoughts is also stored within the soul energy field. In addition to these two types of energy, our spirit and soul makeup the three essential layers that make up who we are in this reality. These three essential layers are: 1) the Spirit; 2) the Soul (the emotional layer); 3) the Body/Matter (the physical layer).

We often try to connect to our spiritual light-body through seeking a genuine spiritual experience, for example. This is a way of connecting with our true essence/spirit/Christ consciousness that does not exist in space and time. It is important for us to realize that we are already connected to this divine source at all times. We may not be in alignment with it because of ego fears and the illusions of the physical world, but it is still there within the core of our being.

I know from my own experience that I am always connected to this divine light-body through my soul vibration. The soul vibration is like a bridge between my spiritual and physical bodies. My soul vibration is much higher than that of my physical body. However, both are interconnected and must be in perfect alignment in order for me to be healthy and happy. So how do we accomplish this alignment?

Meditation is one way to bring these two bodies into alignment. By concentrating on the pure love that exists within our soul and connecting with it on a deeper level, we will develop the ability to practice unconditional love for ourselves and for others. Realizing that we are all connected to this divine source of light-energy through our soul vibration will allow us to see ourselves as perfect light-bodies, just as God created us in the beginning.

I would like to share a short story with you that illustrates this point. It was told to me by my best friend and I feel that it accurately illustrates this idea of connecting with our soul vibration. She once had a dream in which she received a phone call telling her that her dog had accidentally run into traffic on the freeway and was killed. The following day, she had an appointment to meet her girlfriend for lunch. But whenever she met up with her, she would just be left shaking from fear of what the outcome might be for both of them if they continued to interact in any way. Her intuition was extremely strong at this moment and told her to get out of the relationship.

Conclusion:

I hope that you have found this article to be enlightening and informative. I also want to thank you for the support you have given me, since I am going through some very difficult times right now. My mom is being very difficult towards me and is being very manipulative. And this has caused a lot of stress here in my life. But through all of this, I continue to trust my intuition and turn towards the divine source within me which always provides great strength and guidance when needed . . . even during these trying times!
