The Lazy Way To Remember Self Improvement
Self-improvement is a difficult road, with many traps and pitfalls that can leave us feeling beaten and discouraged. We all have moments where we feel like we would be better off just giving up and making peace with the way things are. Things can really seem out of control sometimes, but there is always an answer to our problems, it just takes some work and effort on our part! With so much information coming at us from every angle it's easy to get lost in the sea of possibilities for self improvement. So today I wanted to share a few good ideas for how you can get de-cluttered by succeeding faster without looking for outside help.
Some of these tips may seem obvious, but you would be surprised at how many people overlook them! Sometimes it's just a small tweak in perspective that can make all the difference.
Here are 4 simple ideas to jumpstart your self improvement and start making progress towards your goals!
1. Write Down Your Goals
This seems like a no-brainer, but many people neglect this step and feel like they are getting nowhere fast. It's important to know what you want before you can start taking steps to get there. Don't be afraid to dream big! If you keep your goals vague or don't write them down, you'll end up taking steps in the wrong direction.
2. Pick One Goal
This is closely tied to the previous step, but it's important to narrow your focus and start taking action. If you try to do everything at once, you'll never get anywhere and it will feel like everything is hopeless. Pick one goal and focus on following through with it for a month. You can always add more goals after that if you succeed!
3. Volume is Important
Don't be afraid to try new things, go for quantity over quality. The more you do the better you'll get. It's easy to feel overwhelmed with all the knowledge out there, but instead of trying to master everything at once, just pick something and do it well! Also - don't fall into the trap of letting perfection get in the way. If you can't do something perfectly then move on and keep going!
4. Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable
There are going to be times where you have a hard time getting started and will have a hard time sticking with it for a long period of time. If you can get used to the feeling of being uncomfortable and enjoying the journey, you'll find yourself getting by faster and doing better.
Stay motivated and be persistent - it's all about what's in our hearts not just what we see with our eyes!

When you're feeling overwhelmed with all your to-do lists, it's easy to get discouraged with the road ahead. Don't let that stop you from taking action every day!
Here are 9 simple steps to help you stay motivated and inspired on your self improvement journey!
1. Remember You Only Have One Life
This is the most important thing to remember when you feel like giving up - we only have one shot at this life! There's no time like right now, so don't get distracted by other things and start living your dream life today!
2. Focus on What's Important to You
It's easy to get distracted by the big problems and forget about the things that really matter. The only thing that matters is what you want out of life! Focus on what you want in your heart and mind, and everything else will fall into place.
3. Make Small Goals Everyday
When it comes to self improvement, it's important to think big! But don't worry about how you'll accomplish those big goals - just take small steps everyday towards them and the rest will take care of itself!
4. Build a Support System
You're never going to be able to do this alone. Find a way to reach out to the people who want to see you succeed and believe in you. You don't have to go it alone!
5. Challenge Yourself Everyday
Take on a few challenges every day - push yourself and take risks. Don't be afraid of failure, because if you never fail, then you never succeed! And remember that there are no mistakes, only feedback.
6. Surround Yourself With Positive People
It's easy to get caught up in our current situation and forget about the big picture, so sometimes it helps to have people around us who can cheer us on when we get discouraged or remind us of our goals. Surround yourself with people who can celebrate your success and help you stay focused.
7. Get Outside Your Comfort Zone
When we get comfortable in our routines, they start to rule our lives and we have a hard time moving forward in other areas of our lives. Don't be afraid to try something new! Life is short and it's important to try as much as you can. Learn from your mistakes, but don't let fear hold you back from taking a chance on something new!
8.
Conclusion: It's important to remember the difference between taking action and putting off action. Don't let fear prevent you from making progress - just do it! You're never going to be able to reach your goals if you don't start taking action.
9. Keep Moving Forward
When we get stuck in a rut, it's easy to look back on what we've done and get discouraged. Instead of dwelling on the past, focus on the steps that need to be taken today in order to move forward towards your desired outcome.
