A Good Leader Knows The Team’s Colours
A good leader knows the team’s colours. It’s a true statement, because a team only has nine players, there are six in total:
- A quarterback/starting player
- A running back/backup player
- Two wide receivers
- Two defensive backs
- One offensive line of two players each
The same principles apply to any group, whether it be a football team or just in your home. If you had asked any member of the New York Giants to list their favourite colour they would have told you that blue is their favourite colour. The same goes for most teams out there.
But, the problem arises because all team members don’t always have their favourite colour. Sometimes a player whose favourite colour is red, has to wear blue instead. So, he may wear it but he won’t be happy about it and you can tell from his attitude on the field. Thing is, if his favourite colour is red and he must wear blue you should ask yourself “Why does he have to wear blue when his favourite colour is red? Why can’t I make him play in red?” If you don’t answer these questions you might find your whole team unhappy.
The good thing about this is that you can ask the other players to help you make a new strategy. If the team’s colours are red and blue, you ask them which colour is theirs. You ask them if they know any other colour or if they have any wish to play in another colour. And, this is what will happen. Whatever choice everyone makes, as long as it’s uniform, it will always be in line with their favourite colour!
This example also relates to NFL free agents because rarely do huge amounts of money come out of nowhere like the old saying suggests. So, it’s good to know about NFL jerseys, the colours and what they mean to the players. So, next time you want to get an NFL free agent, you can just be sure the player would prefer a team whose colours match his favourite colour. For instance if you are looking for a quarterback or a back up player and his favourite colour is blue then go ahead and get him because wherever he goes with your team his attitude would be positive as long as he still has blue in his jersey.
If you are looking for wide receivers or defensive backs, ask them what their favourite colours are while asking them if they have any wishes to play in some other colour. And, this would be the time you can get them to go along with your strategy too.
The same applies for other positions in your football team like offensive line. Ask them what their favourite colours are and then find a way that you can use those colours to make their jobs easier. If their favourite colour is blue, then move them over to the left and not right because you will give them more chances of blocking the opposing team’s quarterback and running back. You might even want to ask them if they want a different position or if they have any wish to play in another position. You could then make sure that they are capable of fulfilling your plan of making it easier for everyone while getting along with each other.
As a teacher or sports coach, this might be another example that you should know. If you are looking for good team players and your colour is red, then you can use that to make sure that you get the best out of them. This is because, no matter how good a player is, he will always have some mistakes in him. So, if he doesn’t like red colour you can ask him to play in blue or any other colour but not red. The same goes for parents, you can use this as a way to make your kid study harder when you make sure that the colour of their school uniforms is red.
If a player on the field doesn’t like the colour red he will definitely come off as a bad team player because he will have no motivation to win. So, it’s good to get a good understanding of these sorts of things by asking the players what their favourite colours are and then see how you can use that information to help them play better together as a team.
As an individual with responsibility, try using whatever sports related knowledge you have and see how you can apply it in real life situations. For instance, if you are a football player and you know that yellow is the team colours of your school, you provide yourself with an opportunity to play in yellow and not in any other color because it’s the best motivation for you.
It’s not necessary to have a whole lot of colors on your football jersey, but at least make sure that the colours that do exist represent something important to them. So, whenever they wear those colours, it would be easy for them to get into proper moods, whether it be happiness from their favourite colour or the feeling of duty when wearing their school colors.
In conclusion, if you want to win in life you must know your team’s colours. And, of course that means knowing the team’s colours of course. It will also mean having a clear understanding of the colours and their meanings so that you can benefit from it. You should use them to help build good strategies in accomplishing your goals in life. There are so many ways to use this knowledge and benefits from it, but you can always come back to our website once you have found out a way that you like best. Thanks again for visiting our website and have a wonderful day!!!
I'd just like to say thank you so much. I have read your article on the page and I must say how enlightening it was. Your piece was very enlightening and imaginative, making me think about why I always choose to wear things through my life. And now I seem to see them as a source of comfort, a reminder that you are always loved and cared for. Until next time... thank you so much!
Your questions are very helpful in answering some of my issues with myself, and others around me. And your points were well taken, as well being thought provoking in many cases (best supported by Plato). I have asked myself this question, who says that a garment has to be a certain color, or size. Who also says that I have to wear anything at all? You gave me this piece of the puzzle I was missing, thank you.
I try to be consistent with my pieces, I check my color schemes out regularly and try to be aware of themes when they are influencing me too much. The background on your website is very soothing! If it was real and not online I would want to lay there and take a nap in it.
Conclusion
Since in our modern days everything seems to be about sports, the relationship between colors and sports is one of the most important aspects to take into consideration. Diving deep into this issue we have discovered that there are several factors which influence people's behavior on different levels. As a matter of fact, every single aspect of a person is constantly influenced by his or her environment, thus the way he or she expresses his or herself becomes a reflection of society's expectations. This includes not only colors and styles, but also those things like color and clothing tags that are usually applied onto garments such as jeans and other clothing products nowadays.
