As soon as the clock strikes midnight, I head to my local fitness center, do a workout and then head home. I never feel like working out before going to bed. It's always helpful to write it down so that you can focus on the benefits of working out versus trying to 'get in shape'.
Surround yourself with positive people- Setting yourself apart from the crowd means never comparing yourself or wondering if everyone else has better bodies than you do. Don't compare yourself with someone else. Just stay focused on your goals and work ethic. Share your experience with others and inspire other people with your positive attitude.
Use motivational music- Music that pumps you into action is a great way for motivation. I suggest using music that is classic and meaningful. One of my favorite songs is 'I Can Do (All Things)' by Twista . Also, I love listening to 'The Lion Sleeps Tonight' because it reminds me of my past . It's also a great song to listen to when you're feeling down. Also, I love listening to Eminem's ' Not Afraid '. After all is said and done, it's not about the physical body but more about the heart and mind. If you can have a heart full of determination, pain won't even be an issue. It's all about what's going on in the inside. Believe me, you won't ever regret working out. It's not just a good way to get into shape but it also helps with stress relief.
