It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.

The famous quote by Confucius says, "It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop." This saying is especially relevant to life. Whether you're trying to finish a painting in three weeks, writing and submitting your college application before the deadline, or training for a marathon, it's important that you are committed and remain consistent. As long as you keep going at whatever pace works best for you and your goals, don't stop!

#9: Plan B's

When in doubt, make a plan B. There might be plenty of times where you are unsure of your next move and it can be hard to find out how to get to the finish line, but in fact there are some solutions. For example, if you don't have a pen to color with, you can use a crayon instead! Another option is making sure that you have a piece of paper or something that will easily absorb the color so that it won't smudge throughout your project. All you have to do is pick out something that will work for the time being and continue to work through your project! Your main focus should be your commitment to working on a project and seeing it through, no matter what happens.
#10: Create Something New
Don't worry if you are not a great artist; make art anyway!
There might be some people who are better than you at drawing or painting, but everyone has their own personal style. Just because your artwork doesn't look like someone else's, it doesn't mean that it's bad.
There may be different things that you can do to make your art different than anyone else's. Have fun with it and explore!
#11: Make Your Own Art
There is nothing wrong with using other people's characters or ideas to help you make your own art, but there is a specific way that you can use them in order to create something new. Using art by other artists as an inspiration for your own work is a great practice and the results can come out differently each time. For example, you can use the original illustrations to help you make your own painting or drawing. The way that you take an image and use it to create something new is known as "tromping" or "piracy." It is fine to take inspiration from other people's drawings or photos and create something new with them, but this should not be done directly.
Take some time to look through the images that you find interesting, study them closely, and use what you learn in order to create your own artwork.
#12: Chewing Gum
