 Effective Hypnosis Quit Smoking Methods

Hypnosis is a practice that taps into the human mind and induces positive changes in one's state of consciousness. It has been used in therapy, medicine, and spiritual practices for centuries. Some common techniques by which hypnosis can be performed include: Vivid Imagery or Visualization, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Guided Affirmations/Mantras, Deep Soft Whispering Voice Therapy Thoughts, Self-Suggestion or Autosuggestion (wordless justi bl e), and Self-Hypnotism.

In order to quit smoking successfully using hypnotherapy methods you first have to have a genuine desire to stop smoking. Next, you have to stop smoking and be prepared for the medical effects that are going to take place when your body is free from nicotine. Whether you want to use hypnosis or some other type of therapy, it is important to know the following:

What will happen in my mind, body, and spirit while using hypnotherapy?

Why should I quit smoking using hypnotherapy?

What are the side effects of quitting smoking with hypnosis?  Do they differ from those that I could have if I stop by myself?
These will help me decide whether it is the right fit for me. During the initial consultation we will decide together if hypnosis is the best way to quit smoking for me. Some of the benefits I have experienced from quitting this way include:
Feelings of relief, freedom, and confidence in oneself.
Understanding that enough is enough.
Feeling more self-confident and self-assured.
The ability to control my emotions, thoughts and feelings.
Feeling better about myself and my life in general.
The chance to enjoy life again.
These changes will last the rest of my life.
The only way your body can be free of nicotine is through the use of nicotine replacement cigarettes or patches. If you are thinking about starting a new habit, this may be a great time to try something new and different. One common negative side effect with quitting smoking by hypnosis is that you can experience some initial cravings for nicotine that reappear from time to time when you first stop smoking. I have been experiencing them myself and know how horrible it is trying to go against this powerful addiction. The good news is that they will not last forever and you can use your hypnosis to replace this "need" with something else.
"  As a bonus, I've had the opportunity to give hypnosis to my friends that want to quit cigarettes completely. It is amazing."
-Joe Hogan M.D.
If you have severe cravings for nicotine use one of these two methods: "Quit Smoking Hypnosis" by Veruca James or "This Is Your Life Sound Therapy" by Simon Aron-Gonzales or  Dr. Jack Schwarz . Also, many people like using the NLP process called: "Addiction Replacement Process". It involves using the Motivational Reprogramming Technique. This is a powerful tool that can reverse your addiction and help you move on in life.
I have done this process myself after trying hypnosis and other methods which didn't work for me, I would just keep going back to the cigarettes. I used to smoke 5-6 packs per day and it was very hard for me to quit, until I did this process. Learn The Addictive Habit Breaker Program!

Although it's possible to quit smoking "cold turkey," which means quitting without the assistance of any type of nicotine replacement therapy, many people benefit from using replacements like nicotine patches and gums to help them. During the process of quitting, you may experience a wide range of emotions, some of which may take you by surprise. Get prepared for these feelings and learn how to cope with them so that they don't prevent you from continuing in your journey to quit smoking.
You may experience:
Being extremely irritable.
Losing your temper and becoming angry.  Finding it hard to concentrate.
Becoming easily confused.  Having difficulty making decisions.  Feeling restless and having trouble sleeping at night. Being unable to focus or concentrate properly for long periods of time (sometimes for days or even weeks on end).
Bereft and unable to enjoy life as you once did, sometimes feeling left out or lonely.
It's important to remember that these feelings do not last forever. They usually stop after a few weeks, so acknowledge them and know that they'll pass.
Changing your normal routine may be difficult at first. You may find it hard to adjust to your new way of life. For example, you may have gotten used to a certain kind of food or drink at certain times of the day, but now find that this has changed. Try not to take it personally if people around you seem dismissive or snide in their reactions to your changes; there is no need for them to be concerned about you when they don't know what it is like for you.
Quitting smoking is a very big change - one that will affect you physically, mentally and emotionally. If you smoke around other people, they might ask you to stop. They may think you're not being yourself. Even if they care about your well-being, they may be concerned that smoking is affecting your health or making you depressed or unwell in some way.  Remember that it's important for them to know you're coping with this in a positive way; telling them that their concern about what's happening to you is making it harder for you to be positive in your life would be the wrong thing to do.
It may be difficult when people ask you to talk about how good it feels not to smoke. In the beginning, you may find it hard to share your feelings with others and it's good to spend time and energy on getting used to this.
It is important for you to remember that these feelings do not last forever. They usually stop after a few weeks, so acknowledge them and know that they'll pass. If you know someone who has recently given up smoking, don't be afraid to ask them how their journey is going. Their words of encouragement will help you get through some of the challenges along the way.

Conclusion:
Although it can be difficult at times to deal with the emotions that come with quitting smoking, you will get through them. Soon, you'll be able to find joy in things you may have forgotten about or simply taken for granted before.
