Become Happy: Learn to Live Like Noahs Ark
The Ark is one of the most famous ships in all of history. You may not know, however, that it had a rather interesting design. Noah's Ark was built with a system for collecting water that ran down the middle and does not use any pumps or motors - instead relying on gravity to work its way back up to the surface!
Put simply: The Ark was designed more like an airplane than a boat. It had wings that allowed it to sail high above much of the stormy weather during its voyage. When tragedy struck and flood waters started rising, The Ark would float higher than any other boat thanks to his ingenious design. Even if the outside weather was horrible, inside the Ark would stay comfortably dry.
Noah is a good example of what it takes to be happy - and even successful - in this world…

18.7 Whose Gonna Make It?
According to Revelation 11:18 "And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets..."; no longer do we have a choice as Christians whether or not we will follow Christ but we have a choice as "to whom" we will follow. May God give us the wisdom and discernment to choose the right church - the one that will make it in a very wicked and corrupt world.
If you are not one who is willing or ready to follow Christ, then you should be very thankful for the ark of salvation that has been provided for us. May God grant us His mercy and his grace in our decision-making as we face this season of decision.
Jesus IS THE WAY!
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Paul wrote this to the believers at Thessalonica regarding those who he had not even seen but were now being warned by him. The application of Paul's warning is given in verse 21, "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Measure everything by the Word of God. We must be able to say it is good before we can hold it fast.
If you are a non-believer or searching for the truth, I encourage you to prove all things by the Word of God. You can do this by asking your own questions or possibly watching some of my videos at YouTube and then come to your own conclusion about who Jesus IS and whether or not he is truly God.
This is how you will make it - to the ark of salvation. God help us, who doesn't know the difference between a healthy heart and a weak or failing one?
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Paul wrote this as we all make choices. Will we prove all things? Or, do we hold fast that which is good whether or not it belonged to us? This principle may have application in other areas of decision-making as well. If you are faced with a choice about something in your life, let Scripture be your guide.
For example, if the organization you are considering joining bases its teaching on extra-biblical sources rather than the Bible, then reject it and join a church that bases its teaching on Scripture. In this way you reject that which is not good and hold fast that which is good. What to think about: Prove all things; hold fast that which is good (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Paul wrote this to believers, who had not even seen him, concerning those who were now being warned by him.
This principle may be applicable to all of us that are making decisions in any aspect of our lives.
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good (1 Thessalonians 5:21). Paul wrote this to the believers at Thessalonica regarding those he had not even seen but were now being warned by him. I think the application is that if we have questions concerning something, let us first prove it whether or not it was ours. This will help us discern if what we think is good is really good or something that might lead us into trouble.
18.8 False Prophets and Teachers to be Revealed
As we read in 2nd Peter 2:1-3, "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of." This passage teaches that there were false prophets and teachers already present at that time yet they were still responsible to discern between those who were true and those who were false.
As we read in 2nd Peter chapter 2, the prophets of old were not sent from God but rather through their own pride and presumption they led others astray. The same is true of the false teachers who were presently amongst the believers. It is for us to discern them by their fruits (Matthew 7:16). These false teachers shall wear out the patience of the saints (see 2 Timothy 3:1-8) but shall finally be destroyed by our Lord Jesus Christ himself.
We are responsible to test all things, whether they are good (1 Thessalonians 5:21).
Conclusion: If you are a non-believer I encourage you to take the time to explore what is presented in these videos. You may be intrigued by the harmony that Scripture has with itself. Then, ask questions and do your own research, coming to your own conclusion from what you find in Scripture.
If you are a believer, I encourage you to take the time and watch these videos for yourself - being sure not to judge without first examining the Scriptures with equal diligence (1 Peter 3:15). Prove all things; hold fast that which is good (1 Thessalonians 5:21).
